Master in Medical Life Sciences

Medical Life Sciences is an international master curriculum hosted by the Medical Faculty of Kiel University.

It is committed to teach translational medical research “from the bench to bedside”, which is among the fastest growing fields of knowledge and always in great demand for new experts. One of its four focus areas is dedicated to Evolutionary Medicine. It addresses the dynamic interactions of human genetics and environmental factors that govern the development of susceptibility and resistance to many diseases like diabetes, obesity, or inflammatory bowel disease.
